This hospital has different Hygienic and cure wards such as Emergency , Obstetric & Labour , Surgery , Open Heart Surgery , Angiography , CT Scan , Radiology , Laboratory , Pathology , pharmacy , Special Polyclinic , CCU , ICU , NICU , PCCU , Endoscopy ,Pediatrics , Internal Medicine , Infectious , Neurology , High Risk Pregnancy Nutrition Unit , Radiology , Industrial Kitchen and Amphytheatre .

Payambar Azam “P.U.H” Hospital consist of Concrete Structure , Architectural and Mechanical and Electrical work of buildings , Main Post , Emergency Diesel Generators , Concrete Water Storage Tanks , Gas Station , Central Mechanical Room , Air Handling Units , Cold Storages , Pump Station and LandScaping done by Munir Co.

All base works for sophisticated hospital instruments (Angio Graphy , CT Scan , CSR , Laundry and kitchen) also done by Iranaian Reconstruction and Engineering Company (Munir).

This hospital is working from summer time of 2014 and now after.
